Audible Worlds

Hey everyone.

over the past many years, I have ended up with a ton of sounds here and there that was either never used or just plain leftovers from productions I was on.
I made a batch of these and put them on my website http://cujosound.com (which is a really bad website)

There are bunch of drones that was never used in some of my projects, some machines, deep manipulated effects and a few trains, trainstation ambiance and various stuff.
it's just a big mish mash. BUT! grab it if you like and use them if you like.

I don't charge anything, as I will most likely never use them myself. my only requirement is that you just remember from where you got it and send a happy thought my way whenever you use it and dream of me and my max/MSP patches at night.

That's very cool. I wonder what would happen if a bunch of sound guys put together a "junkyard" of unused sound effects. One man's trash is another's treasure, as they say...

at first, I was thinking of collecting all this. then they just gathered dust.
then I thought about getting in touch with sample libraries and have them release them, but often hit the wall of procrastination from many of them and so I did myself, so it kind of never happened.

I just had tons of these, and I'm sure I have much more of these around. Sounds that would never be used unless I let others use them, and I'd rather see my children being put to good use than just rot on my hard drive.

A junkyard would be amazing, so much goodness there, but I guess that already kind of happened and then again not, with freesound.org - which isn't exactly safe for copyright free material and most sounds are useless and I know a lot of sound guys who are way to proud of their craft, to use that site
