The Sound Design Behind "Where Are You Now"

Post by MikeQuell » August 30th, 2015, 2:21 am

I'll put myself out there and say I'm a big fan of this song. I can get behind some great pop music with a solid production, and I think this song has that.

"Where Are You Know" is a song produced by Justin Bieber, Diplo, and Skrillex. This video goes into detail on their creative process for the track and shows some of the earlier stages of its production.

Yeah, that video is great. I also like the song, especially the B section. The manipulated vocal melody is so hot.

The NYTimes does some really good music feature pieces. If you liked that, you'll probably also like this piece about the Kronos Quartet and communication.
