Antonio Blanca's Dron-e

Post by axk » August 4th, 2014, 2:06 pm

Another Reaktor patch that I can't say enough positive things about: Dron-e from Antonio Blanca, distributed by Twisted Tools. Awesome ambience/noise generation based on midi triggers. Lots of parameters to change every aspect of your sound design, endless possibilities, and fantastic quality audio.

It's awesome, can't recommend it highly enough! Hope you find it useful.

Also, with all this discussion of software, I have to wonder if it might be interesting to set up some kind of preset-sharing board on the forum so members with the same software can pass patches back and forth. If I create a really cool whoosh set in Reaktor, it would be awesome to be able to share the settings of the patch I was using with other people who own the same software. What do you think?

That's a great idea! I believe we have some space on the server for that. Let me think about how we can host that. At the worst, we can always share it from a Google Drive directory or something (by pasting a link to the folder).
